When you open o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 you can see the transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
28311 Possible Causes:
28311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28311 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
