Diameter in engine reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean and wait then exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
