Staring in engine data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles wheel speed signal 3, range / performance and wait then nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28283 Possible Causes:
28283 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28283 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
