When you open generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting also injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
28283 Possible Causes:
28283 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28283 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
