This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger control module 2, missing message also relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+ is the final reason of the code.
