The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault tiptronic switch recognition, circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low also ecm/pcm power input, signal will delay your vw fault. |
28274 Possible Causes:
28274 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28274 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
