Diagnosing engine bar with valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to ground and data-bus powertrain, implausible message from brake controller is the final reason of the code. |
28259 Possible Causes:
28259 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28259 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 2, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
