Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control unit error programming error and ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
28228 Possible Causes:
28228 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 28228 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
