This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition switch run position, circuit low and wait then injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28225 Possible Causes:
28225 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28225 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
