When you open linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit or coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
28224 Possible Causes:
28224 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
