Staring in engine bank 1; system too lean at idle It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent and wait then pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
28215 Possible Causes:
28215 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 28215 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
