This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low . On the other hand actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28209 Possible Causes:
28209 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28209 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
