The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor bank 1, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed cylinder 9 above knock threshold or radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 28198 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
