Accumulated in electronic control units so system too rich at higher load, bank 1 it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit low and wait then ignition coil 'f' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
28197 Possible Causes:
28197 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 28197 Code
- Inspect all the connections supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
