Staring in engine exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake flap motor 2 (v275), no signal . So for next o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
28192 Possible Causes:

- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
