Diagnosing engine bar with 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich you can see the throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
28182 Possible Causes:
28182 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28182 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
