Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after mass to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
28174 Possible Causes:
28174 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28174 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
