When you open data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic or change control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
28168 Possible Causes:
28168 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 28168 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
