28165 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected or change o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
28165 Possible Causes:
28165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28165 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
