This something to do with the intake camshaft timing air cleaner inlet control, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
28162 Possible Causes:
28162 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 28162 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1; system too lean at idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
