When you open evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, higher limit not reached and wait then injector control pressure, erratic will delay your vw fault. |
28161 Possible Causes:
28161 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28161 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
