28159 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine data bus powertrain, missing messages run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit low or change powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor is the final reason of the code. |
28159 Possible Causes:
28159 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 28159 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
