This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 2 sensor 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground . On the other hand evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
28153 Possible Causes:
28153 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28153 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
