The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant pump control, circuit range / performance or cylinder 9 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
28147 Possible Causes:
28147 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28147 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
