The problem is about bank 2, system too lean off idle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+ also exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration will delay your vw fault. |
28144 Possible Causes:
28144 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 28144 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
