The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction or change o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
28129 Possible Causes:
28129 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28129 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
