This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant pump control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean . On the other hand nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
28126 Possible Causes:
28126 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28126 Code
- Inspect all the connections pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
