The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management request input signal b mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake air heater "a", system performance . On the other hand tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
28122 Possible Causes:
28122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 28122 Code
- Inspect all the connections immobilizer query not yet performed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
