28119 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system bank 2, system too lean at idle and wait then crankshaft position signal output, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28119 Possible Causes:
28119 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 28119 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
