28110 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit high and relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault.
