This code were stamped on VW Engine case engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance or change pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
28106 Possible Causes:
28106 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28106 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
