Staring in engine turbocharger control module 2, missing message mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
28104 Possible Causes:
28104 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28104 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
