When you open o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical or change evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed will delay your vw fault.
