28101 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault controller pin coding, implausible signal it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open and data bus powertrain, missing message from acceleration request is the final reason of the code. |
28101 Possible Causes:
28101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28101 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
