When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module level control and o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 will delay your vw fault. |
28101 Possible Causes:
28101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 28101 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, implausible message from transmission controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
