This code were stamped on VW Engine case intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor engine speed input, circuit error message from engine contr. or change cylinder 5 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
28097 Possible Causes:
28097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
