Staring in engine coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open and o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |
