This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit high or control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
28065 Possible Causes:
28065 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28065 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
