28064 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine temperature too low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system shift lock, open and fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
28064 Possible Causes:
28064 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28064 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
