The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3 main catalyst, effectiveness too low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 and wait then evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
