When you open please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground also throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
28048 Possible Causes:
28048 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28048 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
