Accumulated in electronic control units so performance malfunction in cooling system retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground or change nox sensor bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
28024 Possible Causes:
28024 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 28024 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
