28023 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vehicle speed signal wheel speed from brake control module; range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit also turbocharger (tc)control module 2, faulty is the final reason of the code. |
28023 Possible Causes:
28023 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28023 Code
- Inspect all the connections control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
