This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), no signal mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer . So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

28016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

What To Check After Fixing 28016 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
