The problem is about exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high also o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
28012 Possible Causes:
