28010 Description And Summary :

When you open valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground . So for next valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code.
