The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault idle speed intervention circuit error message from engine contr. to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so rough road / engine torque signal from abs; electrical malfunction you can see the turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), electrical is the final reason of the code. |
28009 Possible Causes:
28009 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28009 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 8 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
