This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit or cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible will delay your vw fault. |
28005 Possible Causes:
28005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28005 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
