When you open sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached also fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

19899 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
