19883 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine bank 1, system too lean off idle to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so bank 2, system too rich at idle or change secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
19883 Possible Causes:
19883 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 19883 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
