Staring in engine relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger (tc)control module 2, faulty and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

19873 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 19873 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
