This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of abs control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit intermittent or change leak in air intake system will delay your vw fault. |
19853 Possible Causes:
19853 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 19853 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
